I don't have any of the above symptoms other then I'm sitting on a ball and the pulling feeling in my pelvis area.... I'm not bleeding and it doesn't hurt when I pee. I haven't had sex at all..... but I'm waiting for 8:30-9:00 when the office opens. thank you @britt95 @firstbaby_girl

I don't think infection caused it sorry for not explaining. I meant if it is your uterus it can cause infection because usually it's tucked away so bacteria can't reach it as easily. Sometimes they do fall out especially after birth [I'm a state licensed emt here so I don't know 100% it's not really a topic we studied] but then they are not shielded from bacteria
