time them and if they are five minutes apart lasting one minute for an hour is when you should go in. while timing them lay on your left side and drink a glass of cold water if they aren't going away and the pain is increasing that is when you need to go in.

if you are worried just go in. better safe than sorry.

my docter told me signs are,

getting sick really bad. low back pains really bad and the water breaking I call the docter or go to the ER whatever one u think is best.
