Took a 3 & a half hour road trip today and now my back and stomach are hurting so bad! 😭

@edomke, the worst part was I drove and didn't stop lol and were about to go on a 5 hour drive to Panama so that will probably kill me lol

Ya sitting too long sucks. I could barely do a 2 hour one but I was also 27 weeks
