My mom believes I have a hernia under my left boob near my rib cage. It's s limp that's tender to touch. Has any one else experienced this?? Nervous on what to do for it. I'm 32 +2 days pregnant and pretty sure I will just have to suffer threw the pain till our little one is here

Most likely It's ur rib cage expanding to accommodate the baby. The pain is muscle inflammation. I get it like every 2 weeks for a couple of days. Hurts to breathe in sometimes. At first I thought it was my bra bc that's kind of where the pain is (like where the underwire would sit) but after some research and talking to people who have had the same thing, this was the most likely conclusion.

It's been there for 4 weeks and just getting worse not sure I have to call the doctor first thing in the morning

My dad has a hernia above his belly button. He told me even if he gets it removed it'll come back soon after its removed. But hopefully it's just your rib cage expanding!

Ya it's so tender I can't touch it. Just don't want anything going wrong when I go into labor. I guess hernias run in my family really bad so hopefully it's not but I have to wait for the doctor to call back @Kate_magalina
