anyone get round ligament pains when you sneeze forcefully?- litterally thought i broke something... wow.. insane pain.. all the nurse said on the phone was to hold your belly while sneezing... so i will now sneeze like santa with a belly like a bowl full of jelly....

we all will be sneezing like Santa ladies... hold the belly!!! and try not to sneeze while laying on you back.. lol (omg who came up with these rules for pregnancy seriously!!!!!) @neshiad @kcal12

for me i feel like it hurts worse than on my sode or tummy... ive never had that feeling before and im a chunky mama... so strange how pregnancy causes that... @neshiad

Yes all the time!! I've found that if I can cross my legs really tight it helps a lot too. (and it helps when the surprise pee squirts hit too!)

I feel ya lol it hurts so bad! I have allergies to pollen so right now I'm sneezing constantly.
