Okay ladies.. Background first I work retail and Ammon my feet 9 hours out of the not including when I come home or when I'm up at 7am before work blah blah..) so when I'm at work I can either feel contractions some have more pressure then others... Some my tummy just gets tight... I'm not sure when contractions come or if there is a reason even why they come besides preparing me for labor. But when I walk ALOT throughout the day like today I have contractions back to back.. Literally I've had 6-8 contractions... I went to my fathers house and made dinner for them going back on the porch to back in the kitchen.. I also have family members across the street so I went over there frequently... Now the contractions that's I've been having are like a 3-4 in uncomfortable scale.. Lots of pressure and some sharp pains but nothing crazy. But for a second they caught me off guard because they were intense ! I'm not sure if I can say that they are happening because I overexerted myself.. I'm a little confused.. Has this happened to anyone else.. They are watching me for early labor.. But it's low my cervix isn't moving / and I also have a shirt cervix yay me.. What do you ladies think.. I know she will come when she wants but 27 weeks.. I'll shove her head back in if she try's to come out now.

@kelllz, they thought I had an incompetent uterus.. They checked me for that immediately so see if I need surgery..! Didn't need that. They keep checking me and they saw that nothing was moving no gap or anything.. My doctor told me to continue doing what I'm doing there was still no concern for pre term labor as of right now.. Merrr! I would hate bed rest I can't stay still now!! Girrrrrllll I drink more water then they put out... I mean not that much but I stay with water in my little Victoria secrets cup! Twice or three time.. Daily.. And my job has cold bottles in the cooler so I'll run back and drink a cold one.... <=== that's the only cold one I'd be drinking !

Yeah. I figured that's what they are.. @mdomke22 but I think it's so weird that they only really come when I'm up and doing things.. Last night I was really caught off guard... I mean bring them if they are going to help.. It just scared me.. I don't want her to come too early!

you are doing to much. .I have a short cervix I was put on bed rest to monitor it...you don't wanna keep doing that much cause your cervix will get shorter and you'll deliver. ..but the work part..drink alot of water. so you won't get dehydrated that causes your uterus to contract

to me it sounds like Braxton hicks contractions. must your body kinda preparing for labor. and if you drink more water it will help to prevent it.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile…

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her own when she is ready to come ! As much as I am anxious to meet her and have her home with me, those last few weeks of brain development and lung maturation means so much more to me! I'm hoping and praying that things turn around, and I don't have to get induced. I'm surely going to talk to my doctor about it Thursday when I go back.
