I know it's TMI but I've never had one but I hear you get them from pregnancy - so how do you know when you get one?

well I had no idea either. I didn't get them until AFTER I delivered my first baby. mine happened to be the good ole protruding kind, so when I went to my post natal appointment I asked them why my butt wouldn't "go back in" (I was 17 lol) and then they told me it was swollen veins and that it'll shrink EVENTUALLY. They burn suga, and you'll definitely know. @danamarie
