In the days before your labor starts, you may have diarrhea, indigestion, nausea and vomiting, and the need to constantly go to the bathroom. These are all common "early labor" signs.
Increased vaginal discharge is also a common early labor sign. If you notice an increase in vaginal discharge that's tinged with pink, red, or brown blood, this may be a sign that your cervix is dilating and/or thinning.

I had the worst pain in my upper stomach near my chest and I started having contractions along with nausea and severe diarrhea it last about an 1hr then stopped I was terrified but I'm only 32wks drs said not to worry unless it keeps happening but I'm glad I read this!

@jenni found this online it says 39 weeks on it. im at 37 and had diarrhea for 2 days straight so i thought id share info. ☺

My whole body hurt, I threw up and I just flat out didn't feel good and I was easily annoyed the week leading up to having my son, it was the time ever. @overthemoon @jenii
