Anyone else's energy level drop when they hit 3rd trimester? I still have to work and I keep falling asleep at my desk. Any suggestions? I was going to start walking more everyday, hoping that will help.

@jrose114, I feel you on that one! Idk I just feel so sleepy and drained all the time. I need my body back 😩😝

I always do light yoga before work helps a little.

If only I didn't work so much. That would certainly be ideal!

Try going to bed earlier than normal .
