It's been 2 weeks and 2 days since I got the mirena 5 year birth control.....before getting it, I saw spotting which means my period was on its way, A day after I got it my period came in ,2 weeks already and I'm still bleeding !!!! What's good with that? Is it normal? ?? because I was told that with mirena I would get little to no period at all...and I have also notice after getting the mirena I'm always feeling tired and anxiety kicks in and I'm constantly eating and that's not me I'm always active, Working out, happy ect ect.......smfh, If this continues I am definitely going to take this stupid ass birth control off ! not trynna deal with weight gain and mood swings. ..F.O.H!

I was on it and you need to be on it for a while before you get little to no periods ugh I would bleed at first like that or I wouldn't get it for a few months then I would bleed heavy mines fell out without me knowing
i had it. i bled for 2 months no stop with terrible terrible cramping. the bleeding finally stopped and then i had yellowish watery discharge along with my terrivle cramping. i got it it taken out.
