anyone ever feel like they got a knot in your throat and belly. or one or the other

When I was pregnant with Sofia I had it in my throat an was told it was like heartburn and I ate tums a lot and it helped alot

I get em in the belly. They kinda feel like cramps too. My ob told me they were Braxton Hicks Contractions.
