I hate it that I pee on myself when I vomit or cough too hard. Does it happen to anyone else?

Yep, anything that makes my stomach clench really tight such as a cough, sneeze or fart lol
it happened to me from 4weeks till 20weeks I had bad all day sickness.
I was in Walmart today and started coughing, peed a little. Thank God, only a little bit.
Omg yes I just laugh 😩 I go through so many undies 🙈
thankfully I stopped peeing myself since the baby has moved up easing pressure from my bladder. now I'm having trouble breathing. 😂 but it has happened once to me when I was vomiting, I completely peed myself. it was horrible. thank god my husband was at work at the time. so I wasn't embarrassed.
Sometimes when I sneeze. But kegal exercise you should be doing anyways
You should do kegel exercises, they help with those sorts of things 😊
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I had morning sickness for 4 months every day all day and let me tell you.....I peed my pants every single time. It was awful lol
