@jaspersmama61315, no, I honestly don't know what to look for.. I kinda pushed were it was hurting and I didn't feel any lumps.. it feels lime someone's stabbing/sawing me over and over from the inside

I'd call my doctor and see if they can get you in sometime soon. Is the skin dimpling at all? Is the area red? It could be related to your nerves or it could be something more serious. I think you should call your doctor though for sure. My mom was 32 when she was diagnosed with type 3 breast cancer. You're never too young. Just saying.

@sking092192, not necessarily. Breast cancer can come in all sorts of forms. Most cases where a bump is involved is when the cancerous cells are found in the lymph nodes which can cause risks of lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes). But some other cases result in abnormally red patches where the pain is located, heat at the sight of pain, dimpling of the skin in the area of the pain. If the area looks abnormal in any way there could be a chance of cancerous cells. Now I'm not trying to scare you but I would most definitely talk to my doctor is I was having issues.
