do you have a pump? after to get finished nursing, pump for a little while. or if you already do pump, keep pumping longer than you usually do, even if nothing is coming out. it'll tell your body to produce more milk. drink A LOT of water. they sell fenugreek supplements in stores, try those out too.(-:
