does anyone have tips on how to get rid of your milk supply? I have cabbage in my bra now and have avoided letting water directly hit my boobs in the shower. they are leaking so bad that I had to cut a maxi pad in half and put that in my bra too so it wouldn't leak out all over my shirts and ruin my bras. I really hope that I don't get mastitis because I'm in a lot of pain now.
wrap your boobs suppppppper tight with a band or and ace bandage , the hospital gave me this band cause I seriously couldn't breath I had so much milk .
I wasn't told anything about a shot, they've basically just told me that my milk would dry up within about a week or 2 and that there wasn't really anything I could do
there's should be a shot they can give you to dry it up. I know my sister got it before leaving the hospital since she wasn't going to breastfeed at all.
I went to the doctor yesterday and asked about those pills, he says that they stopped making them like 20 years ago because they increased your risk of having a stroke
I would call your Dr they have meds that you can take that will dry your supply up. I just don't know what they are called or anything else about thw.
thank you for the advice, I wish I could donate my milk but because of the medications I was prescribed after delivery I can't. I was also told not to pump at all because it would make my body think it needed to make more milk.
hot pads on the boob and MASSAGE a lot, every time massage is the key :) and after nursing or pump put a cold pad on top of it and massage again
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
I've been wearing a sports bra, but I put a bandeau top over it so that it holds the cabbage and maxi pad close enough to catch the milk
