I'd say go for a long walk and when you get back take a hot shower , it'll help bring on labor with the walking and then the heat will help you relax . I'm in the same boat we know I'm going in to labor early because of her size and for the past week and a half I've been in pre labor , it can go on for awhile before your body finally decides to let that baby come out(:

Ask your ob to use prostaglandin gel tomorrow and to sweep your membranes , it's a lighter induction method that they normally can do after 38 weeks of the mom asks for it and if the baby is healthy and ready . I'd say warm bath while drinking cold water but it may just make the pain worse since it'll make your baby girl move around due to temp fluctuation

No, because it watery and when it dries it's white. It's never gooey, I've been losing chunks of my plug since about 26 weeks, and I can always feel it come out.. Lol, that's a good description. it could be your water and you may not know it? You should go check in with the hospital just in case and have them admit you. That's what I had to do except I didn't get the opportunity to ask to be admitted they did that before I could ask lol.
