I'm 14 weeks pregnant & have HORRIBLE back pain, it hurts to walk, bend down or bend over to pick up my 6 month old who weighs at least 30 lbs. π anybody else ever had this problem? if so what did the doctor tell you?! or what helped it feel better?

i'm a mother of 2 already. & I've never had these painful back pains ..... well not until I was at least 33 weeks + ..... the last time i had back pains like these i had miscarried. i don't wanna think the worse of this and don't wanna goto the ER just because. i just moved to SA so I haven't seen a doctor yet. :/
try a hot bath with that bath salts for sore muscles.
it only gets worse.... My doctor told me it's normal. but I can even walk with my back pain and I have a 2 year old. he told me to get a pregnancy band thing to help my posture and all of that
I had pretty bad lower back pain as well when i was at 14 weeks... I will 22 weeks tomorrow and it only gets worse hun :( I take nice warm baths to help and if its really bad id talk to your doctor about getting icy hot patches for your back. :)
