does anyone know more info on sciatic nerve pain?
I have this shooting pain in my very lower back that goes down to my butt, then in NY knees. just on one side... sometimes when I walk and put weight on my left side my leg slightly gives out and the pain intensifies.
I know I need to talk to my doctor but for now I need some advice from my fellow peers.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Guys if I was looking at a place to rent on Craigslist and I go to click on the ad again and this pops up does that mean it's a scam?? I need to know because my boyfriend and I have been talking to the person !!
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I don't think she gets it. I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Try the advise these mommies are giving you. It's pretty much all you can do. Don't be disappointed or think that you're doing something wrong if nothing helps. That's what happened to me, nothing worked. Then after a few weeks it just stopped happening.

Heating pad and Tylenol. My doctor also suggested doing some stretches to stretch the lower back out.

try not to sit down too long in the same spot

try to get the baby to change positions to get off of the nerve maybe by walking or swimming

Definitely my heating pad was my best friend when those pains started to hit.
