TMI warning

Last night I was taking my bra off to go to sleep and held a breast in one hand so it wouldn't hurt so bad. When I removed my palm from my nipple I felt a liquid come out. I wasn't sure if it was water so I felt my other nipple and the same liquid was there. I'm not really sure what it was and I'm kinda worried. Can anyone help me out here? It kinda concerned me.
