when should I be concerned about the swelling in my feet? it's the first time it's happened but we went hiking yesterday and I was outside with my dogs playing basically all day so I was on them a lot

Try soaking them in cold water, if it doesn't go down or starts hurting that's when you should go in

@santistevanmommie, well they are achey but not super swollen I think it's starting to go down it looks like it

That's good. My feet swell bad too when I'm on them a lot during the day

elevate your feet. I think it's normal toward the end of pregnancy. mine were like that with my first pregnancy.

@santistevanmommie, I really haven't had it happen it did like one other time but went right now after I sat down @jomommaclark I'm pretty sure it is normal at the end which is very near lol I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a starting sign to something
