Ive been having a great Mothers Day until now... My middle to lower back hurts soo bad, feeling nauseous, and some mild cramping. Ughhh i wish this little girl would make her entrance already lol!!!! Any advice on how to relieve these pains?
And if you can't lay on your right side, lay on your back, but tilt your body halfway to either side, and if you can, rest the foot that your tilted to on your knee of the other leg. That's pretty comfy, and eases some of the pressure, and since your still tilted, if gets rid of nausea too. :)
Lay on you right side. Laying on your left side for 7 months, your probably starting to get uncomfortable like me.. My hip can't handle it anymore and goes numb. If you lay on your ride side, it'll help with nausea, (it does with me anyway) and cramping... the ONLY thing that stops mine is laying on my side... Which only works for a little bit..Just stay off your back. Laying on my back makes my cramping worse. My baby is facing the wrong way, she's got her back to my back, so as if I didn't have enough pressure as is, it outs even more on my spine and causes back pain and cramping.
