***BIRTH STORY***
Okay, so I had been having contractions since 3AM Saturday morning, but they were 10mins apart, lasting a couple secs, they hurt but not Odeee enough to call the doc and go in so I just did some exercise on my birth ball and it seemed to help, but i wasn't able to sleep. Saturday during the day, i went to my hair appointment and had some mini braxton hicks and some contractions while I was there, but again nothing to be alarmed about. My hair appt lasted waayyyyy longer than I anticipated and after I left (around 7pm) that's when the contraction started getting stronger,nothing crazy but enough for me to be like "I need to take my behind straight home". So I grabbed some Chipotle cuz I was super hungry (big mistake). Then headed home. When I got home I told my mom I needed helped installing the carseat because I had a feeling the baby was coming soon. Meanwhile this whole time I'm having contractions 7 mins apart, but I took a shower, cleaned the bathroom, cleaned my room, polished my nails and finished packing me and baby's hospital bag and would just stop wen the contractions would come, breathe through them and keep it moving. The Chipotle wasn't as good as it usually is for some reason but I ate it anyway because if I did need to go to L&D, I wasn't trying to be hungry lol (again big mistake). Anyway from about 8pm Sunday night to 5:45am Sunday morning my contractions were coming like clock work every 7mins and when they came I could not stand still, I had to move to I would get up, breathe deeply and walk up and down my stairs and sat on the toilet (dont ask me why it was comfortable lol) and then wen they would pass I would try and "sleep" in between contractions but barely. Also during the time I threw up my chipotle :( and had diarrhea (sry tmi). so imagine the state i I was in, but I prayed and talk to God the whole time and I think thats what helped me. FINALLY at around 5:00am the contractions we're really strong and 3/4/5 mins apart so I called my midwife and she said she to meet her at L&D. (part 2 coming soon)
