I've been having contractions and my tolerance for pain is very high .. maybe higher than most ... and im unsure of when to call doctor or head to hospital . Not sure what active labor contractions feel like , but just wanna be sure before heading to hospital.

time themfor about 30-1 hr and when they are 2-3 minutes apart and the contractions last about 1 minute

but what if they aren't exactly painful ... my doctor told me not to call him unless I'm in excruciating pain .. but I feel that'll be too late considering I have a high tolerance for pain @camillesmom @essence

When I got induced I was having regular contraction abs the nurse cane in and was like you can't feel that and I was like Nope not really then within like 30 min. to an hour they wre getting stronger lol

@mcheonna, at first it's really not painful it's pressure it gets worse keep us updated!

@camillesmom, yeah that's the reaction im getting .. its painful but im not doing any extra dramatic stuff .. i def know it's contractions tho so once it gets to 5mins apart for 1hr I'll check into hospital @essence thank you , will do !

My doc says for first time moms go to L & D when contractions are to hard to talk through and 5 mins apart for an hour. 7 mins apart for 2nd time mom's.
