there are these things you can buy they are for your leaking boobs its like a big round padding you put over your nipple so it doesn't hurt them. try actual like small pantie liners also

I'm not sure...I haven't used it but one of my friends did. the pads should work just like those but the only difference is that the pad things you can wash the liners obviously you can't lol
