I delivered both mine natural. the contractions was "Bad" but I just kept forgetting to breath. "The contractions took my breath" but the pushing was the easiest part. after pushing I laid in the bed for maybe a hour and I was up moving, walking etc. the after pain is painful but not bad bad. it just feel like contractions which you can take pain medicine for. besides that it ain't nun else I can't think of.
