It's where family and friends come out to see the baby "sip" on some wine/water/juice and bring gifts.., kinda like a baby shower... But more like a after baby shower

We are having a welcoming baby party since we didn't have a baby shower. I think it's fun since people are so excited to actually meet the baby!

No a baby shower is always a good idea. People , who do find out the sex, usually wait till after. so i dont see why not :)
We just are having a table where guests can write Alex a welcome note in her baby book. a table with pictures and then just drinks and food... no real games but I'm sure there are ideas online
