Nvm I figured it out you gotta do a long click.

No option ever comes up

Here's how to delete it. Go to your profile page. At the bottom tap see all photos. Then press the photo and the option to delete will pop up. 😀

Once you click "see all" above those pictures you should be able to tap the pic and it says view picture or delete picture

Yes you can delete a post by tapping top right three dots on the header of a post. For comments, swipe it to the left to delete. 😸
