any one else 27 weeks pregnant, having horrible swelling, headaches, dizziness, and shortness of breathe?

I did only after I drank that juice for the glucose test! I've been on vitamin D and iron my whole pregnancy and had no symptoms maybe you're deficient in something?

the shortness of breath was what literally killed me, I had to get iron shots at one point because of it. It sucked :/

@babykisses15, same here. my headaches and dizziness make me not want to anything. I can't focus to drive or anything

I'm 27 weeks and my headaches are so bad !!! and a can never get comfy when I'm in bed :(

with my second i had all these but it was always because I had low iron.

with my headaches if they get really bad I check my BP just in case ... but usually when you're getting ready to start you're Third Trimester that's you you'll feel :/ hang in there that's all we can do ...
