Ok bit gross but I am 33 wks (measuring 37) and am struggling ALOT - I feel like someone has kicked me between the legs, very painful getting up from sitting & also using the stairs... Has anyone else suffered this.? X
I had spd with my first but it was more hips and lower back that was the issue, this time it's all in my pelvis right at the front. It feels like I could snap and walking is horrific as is getting up from a siting position. saw midwife yday and she said it's pg this time not spd. she has fast tracked my physio so hopefully that will help. I tried the band I got in my last pregnancy but it's not supporting my pelvis just my hips. I feel for anybody that has it. It's horrid!!
@joclarke, it does sound like SPD .. Had it during my first pregnancy and have a feeling I'll be suffering again this time..
Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) it's pelvic girdle pain 1 in 3 pregnant women get during pregnancy x ссылка have a look at that x
@joclarke, Ok I had the diabetes test. Waiting on results. I took this test because they said there was too much fluid around the baby 😭😭
@mizzguyana - my baby was measuring Over at 31 wks by 4.5 weeks so was sent for a growth scan & they said that the babies measurements, estimated weight etc was over... I am having a GTT test to see if I have diabetes - but to be honest everyone in my family has big babies so think it's just my way to have a big baby 😍 xx
@edilkosa what is SPD..?? I am having reflexology & have a bump belt but the pressure is unbelievable..! So painful especially towards the end of the day - I will call the midwife tomorrow - thanks darling xx
I have SPD (Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction) and had it last time round too. It feels like you rode a bike all day then someone kicked you in the fanny with pointy boots on 😲. Moving is incredibly painful. I did the physio last time and it didn't really help. I ended up on crutches. I'm just trying my best not to aggravate it this time but moving is getting painful.
