Has anyone received their Maternity certificate? If yes, When and who gave it to you? Getting worried as I haven't received it and I need to hand it in to my employers.

My midwife gave me mine on my last visit..i was 21 weeks x
No problem... I only know you can Request that early because my midwife told me. But last time I waited until 28 weeks when my midwife routinely handed them out. But it is always good to get these things organised as early as poss. I'm taking early leave this time so need it before 28 weeks. Good luck @mizzguyana
You can ask your midwife for it from 20 weeks but usually they hand them out at 28 weeks. I'll be requesting mine on Monday as I need to get organised for June! I'll be 24 weeks on Monday.

hi like the above posts, I got mine from my midwife...in fact I visited the office and requested one, and they did for me, all they ask to see what my yellow book (pregnancy book)
