Not trying to offend anyone but how does one get pregnant while in a same sex relationship? Do you pay someone to get you pregnant? Or did you accidentally have sex with a guy and he doesn't want anything to do with the baby, but yet your girlfriend doesn't mind you cheated and now yall are gonna raise it together? Surely young people don't have the money for sperm donors and what not...

Not all young people are on the struggle. some can afford a sperm donor. And I'm sure if they don't have the money for that the same sex couple would agree to having a friend or someone impregnate one of them. And technically its not cheating because they are agreeing to it and it has a really good purpose.
Well my Aunt couldn't have kids with her fiance because he had kidney disease so he gave her permission to have kids by someone else. It's not a typical situation but if both parties agree I guess it just is what it is.
