so this is my second baby boy 😉 and I want to keep breast feeding but I fear that he isn't getting the nutrition he needs so I was doing both formula and breast milk.... he scared me earlier because I woke up to him spitting up out his mouth and nose😢😢😢 wat could be the cause and wat should I do!!??

@juliagail09, also I take vitamin d tablets because I have a thyroid disease so it keeps me from having to give her drops
He is probably spitting up because of the formula, I tried to wean my baby from breast milk and try formula and she vomited up every single ounce of formula so boob it is until about 7 mths
breast milk is very very good for babys it is the best thing they can get. the only thing that they do not get from breast milk is viatim d but your babys doctor should have told you to buy the vitamin d drops. other then that your baby gets the best from your breast milk.
I am no expert but why don't you think he is getting the nutrition from breastfeeding alone?
he stopped latching this week..... but I'm still pumping
