I would just make sure with your doctor. If you were squatting before you got pregnant regularly, and have a healthy pregnancy so far, I'm sure he will probably say it's okay! (:

Check with ur doctor first before starting any exercise. I workout 5 days a week and my routine includes all types of quads, glutes and hamstring exercises.

I would say go body weight squats. If u can talk to a trainer if u can

I haven't squatted since I got pregnant so about 7 weeks lol. @thencomesbabyj but other than that I've always squatted!

Not unless u have been squatting previously and u are used to the exercise! I wouldn't suggest it other wise. Try leg lifts!
