Check with ur doctor first before starting any exercise. I workout 5 days a week and my routine includes all types of quads, glutes and hamstring exercises.

Not unless u have been squatting previously and u are used to the exercise! I wouldn't suggest it other wise. Try leg lifts!
I would just make sure with your doctor. If you were squatting before you got pregnant regularly, and have a healthy pregnancy so far, I'm sure he will probably say it's okay! (:
