@missj_stephens, booty shorts and even regular panties are fine. As long as they completely cover your butt and will hold a very big pad they will work.
Maybe I didn't notice mine cause I had ice packs on my vag the whole time.

The hospital gives you these amazing feeling mesh undies. Sounds weird but they were the best thing ever. After that I wore "boy shorts"

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
