Any advice on how to get energy? Obviously energy drinks are out of the question (she has a high heart rate as it is , I don't want to make her heart race). I'm running on two hours of sleep total constantly up and down all night long, and I have too much to do so going back to bed is definitely out of the question as well. Please help I am so exhausted....
