Extremely and im a ftm. ill be 19 weeks friday and i didnt know how to express how the pain feels and my doc never even asks about it an iv brought it up 3 times now.

@ajmommy2015, no, but laying down is less painful. it didn't start this early last time, my delivery was unbearable because of it.
