My husband didn't feed my daughter with a bottle until she was almost 2 months old, I wasn't going back to work anytime soon so I didn't need to pump. When he finally did I wasn't there and she took the bottle fine and never got confused. I didn't pump milk just for him to feed her though, I built a stash up in case we wanted a night out or for when I finally did decide to go back to work. If she was hungry and I was with her I nursed her.

wait 8 weeks to use a bottle or baby won't want your nipple anymore. I made the mistake of pumping once and feeding my baby with a bottle i struggled so much to get her back on it 😥

I do actually I plan on pumping my milk more then latching on.
