Can anyone explain to me the difference between round ligament pain and contractions? Everyone tells me contractions feels like really bad cramps but it all feels the same too me

ligament pains feel like sharp stabbing pains. with contractions you feel your entire belly get hard and it'll stay that way for several seconds to a minute and then relax. you might have period type cramps with it but not usually with Braxton hicks.

you'll feel the contractions in your back and stomach, it'll feel tight. the ligament pain is like sharp
