Hey mommies so today I went to the doctor and I'm almost 1 cm dilated. What are some ways to speed this up?

@chachancortez, try nipple stimulation you can do that yourself 😀 if you have a breast pump they say pumping will bring on contractions too, spicy foods help, a nice long walk tomorrow could do the trick too
