So today I got a call from my ob saying I have to schedule another ultrasound because the first one showed only the sack and not the baby and they basically said it could be a false pregnancy. Keep in mind, the same hospital that did the ultrasound did the pregnancy test and I'm over 30 days late for my period. Should I be worried?

could have just been too early to see the baby on ultrasound but in some cases there will be a sac but no baby. you'll still test positive and have all the symptoms of pregnancy because the body thinks there is a baby.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@natmarie same thing happened to me in the beginning of this pregnancy, they ordered a sonogram way to early and didn't see any heartbeat and just a sack. So I went back 10 days later and baby was there heart beating away 😊
