is walking harmful for the first trimester? ? I've been walking A LOT . and sometimes I get little cramps . do you think I should relax more? also I work 4 days a week

It just means your uterus is growing and making room for baby :) If their really bad them talk to your doctor!

no its the same . and I'm only 6 weeks I can't go into pre term labor
no intense cramping @santistevanmommie just little twinge here and there. that's it. and before I knew I was pregnant I was going to the gym in our apartment 2x a week I was doing the treadmill and squats
Is more walking than you did prior to getting pregnant? Too much walking can induce preterm labor. I was not a big walker before I got pregnant and after a long day at six flags (I didn't get on any rides) I had really bad cramping in my lower back and BH contractions the next day. I'm in my second trimester though...
As long as it's not intense cramping you should be fine. But if it worries you don't walk too much. I had to stop walking my dog because he would pull sometimes and it made my sides hurt really bad.
No walking is a great exercise while pregnant
