@arqramirez15, if your having a shower hopefully you will get a ton of stuff there. I liked target registry because it was a little cheaper than babies r us, and if you have a smart phone they have a registry app that literally gives you a list of what you need. You hit the category and they list all the options and you add what you wish to your registry. I would for now just buy diapers and wipes but even in bigger sizes like 1-2-3 not newborn because you don't know babies size. Boxes of wipes are always needed.

Start buying little things to stock up. a pack of wipes here, a box of diapers there, burp cloths, gas drops, ect. You'll want bottles with slow flow nipples until about 3 months. It helps once you have the baby and don't have to run out in the middle of the night with a fussy baby cause you ran out of something

I waited until after my baby shower to really buy anything! I'm glad too because all I had to buy was her crib and dresser, and then a couple things I prefer to have but, aren't necessary. :)

Then I wouldn't worry about buying too much because you'll get the majority of your necessities from the shower (hopefully) then based off that buy what you still need.

Are you going to have a baby shower? I've only bought a couple of outfits for my baby and I'm due early September, possibly sooner. But, I'm not really stressing because I've registered at Babies "r" Us, so depending on what I don't get at the shower I can buy on my own before baby gets here.
