I just went to a cookout with my friend and my baby. I really didn't want to go because it was already 6 and getting cold out but this is the friend that I ALWAYS blow off so I told her I could only stay for an hour. I stayed for an hour and a half it got really cold. we are home now but I'm honestly so scared I hurt my baby from taking him out in the cold I'm seriously so sad I feel like the worst mother 😞 has anyone else done something similar and their baby was OK?

ugh I'm so nervous he will get sick 😩 I just want to never take my baby out the house again lol @cjw1095 I did have all that stuff I just feel like he was still cold @klachappelle
If he is acting normal then you're fine. Always bring an extra set of warm/cool clothes and an extra blanket so if you're in a situation like that you will be prepared.
if he's not sneezing or nothing he should be okay
Oh wait I read it wrong... he should be okay when you go out just keep a blanket or extra jacket for the baby
you won't hurt the baby I left FL to go to NY for my winter break I was there for a month and it was snowing and very cold.. just because your cold doesn't mean there cold remember they are inside you so they feel your body temperature not the outside temperature :)
If he's going to get sick there isn't anything you can do. How cold was it?
