Is it bloody?? I'm freaking out mine isn't bloody but I feel like I need to pee And my underwear is soaked but I didn't pee my pants! I'm 32 weeks and I keep getting bad cramps!

Allot of the time, most don't even notice it's fallen out..I notice mine because I'm paranoid and look at my toilet paper everytime I pee. lmal

Most women don't lose theirs their first pregnancy until they are actually in the hospital. But it feels like a runny nose when it comes outs.. only, in your vaginal region. :P Lol

its literally a bunch of mucus that prevents infection, sperm and whatnot out of your cervix and womb. it falls out and regenerates several times during your pregnancy until it falls out for good during the "bloody show"

its a blob of mucus thats blocking bacteria from entering ur water bag... it will come out when ur close to birth..... i couldnt say wht it looks like i never lost mine until water broke
