I would try eating something with potassium, heating pad on belly/lower back for cramping. Warm showers help. And drink water. It'll help with the flow. I felt like when I had mine. I would soak through tampons and pads for about 3 solid days.

Er probably give you high dosage of Tylenol and that's it. =(
