phone your triage and see what they say, or the number before triage can't remember how far along you have to be for triage xx

@birdy123, if they're lasting that long they're more than likely braxton hicks, I've been having them for several weeks now and the intensity changes day to day.. drink a big glass of ice water and rest for a little while, if that doesn't dull them down a bit then I'd go in just to be safe(:

my ob told me that if im having contractions to drink some water or cranberry juice to help

go in then hun inserter safe than sorry make sure they see you tho and don't just try and send you home, even if it's nothing the worry and stress your putting your self through isn't good x

I'm 28 weeks and been having contractions since Tuesday and they will come and go for periods of a time and to be honest it's the most annoying thing I have ever expireanced in my life time
