how long does it take for court custody battles???

It depends. It can be quick if you all agree outside of court (if possible) and just go to put it in writing. Or like my oldest dad would agree and behind my back file a lotion and it drags out.

Well here in ky they just drag it out. Here his ex wife had let the kids miss 30 something days and she was moving them to a different school and the judge ruled that if she moved them school they couldn't miss any days at all well they done miss 8 so we are waiting for something to happen with it. It's really a mess his kids are 6 and 8 and the mother lets them dip chewing tobacco but some courts don't care
