My bump went down after I gave birth.. My sisters didn't cause she chewed ice 24/7.

The bump doesn't go away instantly for everyone. Don't be surprised if it hangs around for a bit. The uterus takes a little bit of time to shrink, but I hear using Belly Bandits corset like things might help.
