What do yall preggies do I heard after 25 weeks it's dangerous to sleep on my back...well that was the only way I could ever get comfy whenever I lay on my sides I feel so cramped and wake up with such bad back pain I've tried the pillows and they aren't much help so if anyone has any remedies please share

you can sleep on your back unless its painful and you can't breathe or have shortness of breath. And when thatbhaopens just use pillows to prop your head

I'm going to talk to my doctor when I go in but I have read a lot of things that say you aren't because a vein can get punched that goes to your placenta @caydensmommy

Well what happens is the weight is on a very large vein which is why its hard to breathe and is painful. But if you're head os propped up and you do t feel the pain and can breathe you should be fine. but you're welcome

I had to train my body to sleep on my sides because I always slept on my back! Try to pillows on both sides (the thick roly poly kind) so you don't wake up on your back. The back pain went away once my body got used to it

Everybody says everything is dangerous. You kinda have to pick and choose your battles. If it's not hurting you, chances are that it's not hurting your baby

Your baby would let you know. Every time I lay flat on my back he kicks the hell out of me so I have to lay on my sides
