My hips go numb while sleeping. I wake up and turn to my other side then that side go numb too. First restless leg cramps, then charleys horse and now scatica. I dont know what position I can sleep anymore. Cants sleep on my belly, nor back. And the only positions I can sleep in are taken away from me.

@tracynangel, thx I have extra pillows which used in during 2nd trimester. Maybe I should start using them again.
I use those round caterpillar shaped pillows one for either side of me, and one in between my legs and it's been helping so far!

@tracynangel, oh thats even worse. I just got this problem and its only on my hips so far. Has anything helped ya?
Same thing here! My arms go numb from laying on my side and so do my shoulders and hips! I hate it!

i had to be induced my baby was stubborn and didn't wanna come. i had to go all the way to 41 weeks 😳😑 lol
@juliagail09, oh boy😅. I just got these hip problems. How soon did u go into labor after they become numb during the night?
my hips were the worst....and of course they just got even worse at the end. as soon as i had her though it was instantly gone lol
I'm 20 weeks and 6 days. It's really difficult to sleep at night.. I know I can't sleep on my back or stomach without getting uncomfortable, so I sleep on my sides. Now I have this problem where my entire side ( left or right) goes completely numb.. It's frustrating because I'm a full time waitress and I lose almost all my sleep due to my sides going numb. Anyone with the same issue or is something wrong??

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Sleeping position when pregnant
I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
